Article I Mayor and Board of Trustees

§ 164-1 Compensation of Mayor, Deputy Mayor and Trustees.

The salary of each Trustee of the Board of Trustees, other than the Deputy Mayor of the Incorporated Village of Farmingdale, shall be the sum of $15,000 per annum, and the salary of the Trustee who holds the position of Deputy Mayor shall be $16,000 per annum, and the salary of the Mayor of the Incorporated Village of Farmingdale shall be the sum of $20,000 per annum, all of which compensation shall be paid monthly.

§ 164-2 Permissive referendum; when effective.

This article was subject to a permissive referendum and is effective following the expiration of the time required for a petition to be filed against this article.[1]
