A.
All Village streets. The parking of vehicles is prohibited on all
public highways for an eighteen-hour period upon declaration of a
snow emergency by the Mayor. A snow emergency shall be deemed to exist,
and the Mayor shall have the right to declare a snow emergency, from
the time when there are at least two inches of snow on the ground.
B.
Snow emergency routes. The Board of Trustees may, from time to time,
declare any public highway a snow emergency route. Parking shall be
prohibited on any snow emergency route upon the accumulation of at
least two inches of snow. The parking prohibition on snow emergency
routes shall not require the declaration of a snow emergency by the
Mayor.

A.
Parking of commercial vehicles in prohibited areas or at night. It
shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave standing at any
time upon any street or highway within the corporate limits of the
Village any commercial vehicle or bus for more than one hour during
the period from 1/2 hour after sunset to 1/2 hour before sunrise on
any day. This section shall not, however, prohibit any commercial
vehicles from making deliveries of merchandise or providing service
to the occupants of any premises located on any such street, road
or highway, except that no delivery shall be made and no service provided
before 6:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m.
