It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle proceeding in a westerly direction on South Front Street to make a right-hand turn at Clinton Street across the main line right-of-way of the Long Island Rail Road.

It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle proceeding in a southerly direction on Barberry Court or in a southeasterly direction on Laurel Street to make a left-hand turn onto Melville Road.
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle proceeding in a southerly direction on Melville Road to make a left-hand turn into South Front Street after crossing the main line right-of-way of the Long Island Rail Road.
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle proceeding in a southwesterly direction on Clinton Street to make a left-hand turn into Conklin Street.
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle proceeding in a westerly direction on Conklin Street to make a left-hand turn at the intersection of Clinton Street into the driveway entrance of the bank building located on the southerly side of Conklin Street.
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to make a left-hand turn into Conklin Street when leaving the exit driveway of the Bankers Trust Company.

It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to make a left-hand turn onto the eastbound lanes of New York State Route 109 (Fulton Street) when exiting southbound from Bernard Street.
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to make a left-hand turn onto the westbound lanes of Conklin Street.
