[Adopted 7-25-1932 by Ord. No. 20 (Ch. 26, Art. I, of the 1975 Code)]
It shall be unlawful for any person or corporation to harbor, or to allow or permit any cattle, horses, swine, goats or fowl or other animals to run at large or to be herded or pastured upon any property or street in the Village of Farmingdale.

No swine shall be kept or harbored within 100 feet of any dwelling house or place of human habitation.
The person or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 224-1 and 224-2 of this article shall be liable for and forfeit and pay a penalty not to exceed $250 or 15 days' imprisonment, or both, and any violation of this article or any part thereof shall constitute disorderly conduct and any person violating this article or any part thereof shall be and is hereby declared a disorderly person.

This article shall take effect August 20, 1932, or immediately as to any person or firm served with a copy of this article.
