§ 230-1 Drop awnings. [1]

Drop awnings without vertical support are permitted but shall in no case extend beyond six feet from the face of the building and shall be at least seven feet six inches in the clear above the sidewalk.[2]

§ 230-2 Penalties for offenses. [1]

All persons violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $250 or 15 days' imprisonment, or both, for each violation thereof.
