It shall be unlawful for any person willfully and maliciously to break, mar, injure, remove or deface any building, fence, awning, sign, signboard, sidewalks, trees, shrubbery or other thing in the Village of Farmingdale or pile up before any door or on any sidewalk, except material to be removed by public authority, boxes, casks or other things or to tear down any notice or handbill lawfully posted.
Any person violating any provision of this article shall pay a penalty not to exceed $250 or 15 days' imprisonment, or both, for each and every offense, and in addition thereto, such violation shall constitute and is hereby declared to be disorderly conduct and any person violating the same shall be and is hereby declared to be a disorderly person.
