It shall be unlawful for any person to locate or place any stand, booth or wagon for the purpose of selling or exposing for sale, whether by auction or private sale, any goods, wares or merchandise, in any street or public place or on any sidewalk in the Village of Farmingdale.
Any person or persons who shall violate this article shall be subject to a penalty not exceeding $250 or 15 days' imprisonment, or both, for each and every offense, and such violation shall constitute disorderly conduct and the person violating the same shall be a disorderly person.
