1. 
An appeal may be made to the Board of Supervisors of the Township by any user from an enforcement action taken by the Township under Part 11. Such appeal shall be made within 15 days from the date of the notice/enforcement action by filing with the Township Manager a notice of appeal specifying the grounds for the appeal and the appeal fee.
2. 
The Board of Supervisors, or hearing officer designated by the Board of Supervisors, shall fix a reasonable time for a public hearing to consider the appeal, providing for public notice and notice to the user.
3. 
The appeal shall be handled in accordance with the Local Agency Law, 2 Pa.C.S.A. § 551 et seq.
4. 
The Township may issue further orders or directives as are necessary or appropriate under the circumstances.
