given the power and authority, to enforce the provisions of this chapter
by the issuance of stop, cease, or desist orders or by other means.

the requirement of this chapter, shall be issued only upon order of
the Zoning Hearing Board.

on such forms as may be furnished by the Township. Each application
shall contain all information necessary for such official to ascertain
whether the proposed erection, alteration, use or change of use complies
with the provisions of this chapter.
No building or plumbing permit or use and occupancy certificate
shall be issued until the Building Inspector has certified that the
proposed building or alteration and proposed use of the property complies
with all the provisions of this chapter. No construction shall begin
and no building or property shall be used or occupied until all Township
fees have been paid, a building permit has been issued, or occupancy
certificate has been issued and all fees paid to Bethel Sewer Authority.
