In the event that the review and inspection fees required by A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H in Paragraphs 6, 7, 8, 12, 15 and 30 increase beyond the fees paid by the applicant at the time of plan submission, the Township Manager shall have the authority to invoice the applicant for the actual increased review and inspection fees, as defined in Chapter 22, Part 3, § 302, and Part 6, § 611, of the Kingston Township Code of Ordinances.
