There is hereby imposed, assessed and levied, for general revenue
purposes, for the calendar year 1960 and thereafter, upon every adult
resident of the Township of Kingston of the age of 18 years or over,
a per capita tax of $5 per annum.

Said tax shall be collected by the Tax Collector of Kingston
Township as other taxes imposed by law are now collected.

This Part is enacted under the authority of the Act of Assembly
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania of December 31, 1965, P.L. 1257.

All individuals subject to the per capita tax as ordained and
levied by the Township of Kingston who have attained the age of 65
years are hereby exonerated from the collection of said per capita
tax levied by the Township of Kingston during the year 1983 and thereafter.
