A. 
The Tax Collector shall provide any party entitled to redeem a tax sale certificate with two redemption calculations within a calendar year at no cost.
B. 
The Tax Collector shall charge and collect a fee of $50 for each subsequent calculation requested of the Tax Collector.
The Tax Collector shall charge and collect a fee of $50 for each request for a redemption calculation requested by a lienholder on a certificate owned by that lienholder. The Tax Collector may not add that charge to the redemption amount on the certificate.
All requests for a redemption calculation shall be made in writing to the Tax Collector. The lienholder shall specify the date to be used for calculation.
