Tax exemption on tangible household personal property — See Ch. 275, Art. I.
No insurance company shall pay a claimant in excess of $2,500 for fire damage on any real property within the Township of Allamuchy until such time as all taxes and assessments and all other municipal liens or charges due and payable appearing on the official certificate of search shall have been paid either by the owner of such real property or by the insurance company pursuant to Section 3 of Chapter 184 of the Laws of the State of New Jersey 1978 or the Township submits to the insurance company a resolution adopted pursuant to Section 4 of Chapter 184.[1]
