Principal permitted uses:
Multifamily high-rise affordable development. Said development shall consist of 140 total units, of which 90 units shall be affordable dwelling units. All affordable dwelling units shall be restricted to occupancy by low-income and/or moderate-income households in accordance with the applicable COAH requirements.
Permitted accessory uses:
Permitted conditional uses: none.
Multifamily high-rise affordable apartments — for lots 21,780 square feet or greater in area:
Minimum lot width: 100 feet.
Minimum lot depth: 100 feet.
Minimum front yard: five feet.
Minimum side yard: five feet.
Minimum rear yard: zero feet.
Maximum building height: 170 feet/16 stories, measured from the elevation of intersecting center lines of Kaufer Lane and Cedar Street.
Maximum lot coverage: 80%.
