Horsham Township hereby adopts by reference Upper Moreland Hatboro
Joint Sewer Authority (UMHJSA) Resolution Nos. 245, 517, 537, 314
and 538 in their entireties. True and correct copies of the aforesaid
resolutions are attached hereto and made a part hereof, marked as
Exhibits A, B, C, D and E, respectively.[1]

All ordinances and resolutions of Horsham Township inconsistent
with the provisions of UMHJSA Resolution Nos. 245, 517, 537, 314 and
538 are hereby repealed to the extent of the inconsistency.
