The Township Engineer recommended the following roadways be
formally accepted for dedication to the Township in that the construction
was completed in accordance with Township specifications:

North
Highland Road, a subdivision/land development known as "Phase 2 of
Coventry Woods." North Highland Road is shown on the "As-Built Plan
of Phase 2 of Coventry Woods," prepared by H. Gilroy Damon Associates,
Inc., dated January 21, 2009, last revised June 15, 2009 for National
Developers. Said plans were approved by the Springfield Township Board
of Commissioners when it approved the Coventry Woods subdivision on
September 14, 2004. The North Highland Road dedication does not include
dedication of the stormwater management facilities, open space easements,
or off-road sanitary sewer utility/easements. These facilities are
deferred until final dedication of the public improvements associated
with all phases of development is completed.

Bailey's
Run Lane, a cul-de-sac roadway, known as "Bailey's Run Lane," in the
Willow Bay Subdivision, Springfield Township, Delaware County, PA,
described in final subdivision plans, prepared by H. Gilroy Damon
Associates, Inc., dated October 9, 2003; revised April 1, 2005 (sheets
1 through 7 of 9); June 30, 2004. (sheet 8 of 9), last revised September
8, 2004; and October 22, 2004 (sheet 9 of 9), last revised April 1,
2005. Said plans were approved by the Township of Springfield Board
of Commissioners at the March 14, 2006, public meeting. Bailey's Run
Lane. The as-built plans for Willow Bay, prepared by H. Gilroy Damon
Associates, Inc., dated July 15, 2009, was accepted by the Township
of Springfield Board of Commissioners. H. Gilroy Damon Associates
prepared the deed of dedication for Bailey's Run Lane dated August
22, 2011, and the legal description of the sanitary sewer easement
and drainage and access easements, dated May 3, 2012, are hereby accepted.

Carolee
Circle, a cul-de-sac roadway in the Woodland Hollow Subdivision, Springfield
Township, Delaware County, PA, described in final subdivision plans,
prepared by H. Gilroy Damon Associates, Inc., dated November 12, 2003,
last revised April 1, 2005 (sheets 1 through 3 and 5 through 8 of
9); November 12, 2003 (sheet 4 of 9), last revised August 11, 2004;
and August 11, 2004 (sheet 9 of 9), last revised December 1, 2004.
Said plans were approved by the Township of Springfield Board of Commissioners
at the March 14, 2006, public meeting. H. Gilroy Damon Associates,
Inc., prepared the deed of dedication dated August 24, 2011. The legal
description for the twenty-foot-wide sanitary sewer easement and drainage
easement, dated May 1, 2012, and the as-built plan for Woodland Hollow,
prepared by H. Gilroy Damon Associates, Inc., and dated February 23,
2012, are hereby accepted.

Hillcrest Road, a subdivision/land development known as "Phase 1 of
Coventry Woods." North Hillcrest Road is shown on the as-built plan
of Phase 1 of Coventry Woods prepared by H. Gilroy Damon Associates,
Inc., dated February 15, 2016, last revised December 16, 2016, for
National Developers. Said plans were approved by the Springfield Township
Board of Commissioners when it approved Coventry Woods Subdivision
on September 14, 2004.
