Authorizing appropriate officers of this Township to execute an agreement, which, inter alia, amends an agreement of lease, dated as of May 15, 1971, between Upper Macungie Township Authority, as lessor and this Township, as lessee, which agreement of lease relates to the sewer system presently being operated by this Township authorizing of a certain irrevocable escrow agreement, to provide, inter alia, for the retirement of outstanding sewer revenue bonds of Upper Macungie Township Authority.
