§ F-101 Sewers.

6-1.	Approving plans and specifications for construction of a sanitary sewage collection system and related facilities for certain portions of this Township, as submitted by Upper Macungie Township Authority, to be constructed by said Authority. [Ord. 4-71, 5/1971]
6-2.	Adopting the plan known as Sanitary Sewage Collector System, Kraft Village, providing for sewage disposal by community sewage systems, as a part of the official plan of the Municipality. [Res. 4, 9/7/1971]
6-3.	Approving the proposed action of Upper Macungie Township Authority to acquire certain existing sewage collection, pumping and transportation facilities from Michael Puchyr and Mary Puchyr constructed to serve an area of this Township known as Oakland Park; approving the form of purchase agreement; approving the report of the Consulting Engineers; approving the estimated cost of construction and the proposed charge of a portion of the cost of construction to be acquired against properties benefited, improved or accommodated thereby, by assessment according to the foot front rule. 6-4.	Approving plans and specifications for construction of an extension to the Sanitary Sewage Collection System and related facilities for a certain portion of this Township; approving the report of the consulting engineers; approving the estimated cost of construction of such sanitary sewer facilities; approving the estimated cost of construction to be acquired against properties benefited, improved or accommodated thereby, by assessment according to the foot front rule. 6-5.	Authorizing appropriate officers of this Township to execute an agreement, which, inter alia, amends an agreement of lease, dated as of May 15, 1971, between Upper Macungie Township Authority, as lessor and this Township, as lessee, which agreement of lease relates to the sewer system presently being operated by this Township authorizing of a certain irrevocable escrow agreement, to provide, inter alia, for the retirement of outstanding sewer revenue bonds of Upper Macungie Township Authority. 6-6.	Approving plans and specifications for construction of additions, extensions and improvements to the existing sewer system owned by the Township Authority in and for rendering sewage service for certain additional areas of this Township. [Ord. 5-87, 5/7/1987]
6-7.	Creating an additional service area (designated as Service Area C) in this Township, to be part of the sewer system owned by Upper Macungie Township Authority and leased to this Township for use and operation. [Ord. 11-90, 11/8/1990]
6-8.	Approving plans and specifications for construction of additions, extensions and improvements to the existing sewer system owned by Upper Macungie Township Authority in and for rendering sewage service for certain additional areas of the Township. [Ord. 12-90, 11/8/1990]
6-9.	Establishing the various components of the Upper Macungie Township Authority connection, customer facilities and tapping fees for wastewater services. [Res. 10/7/1991]
