The Town Weed Commissioner shall be appointed by the Town Chairperson on or before May 15 of each year for a term of one year and shall take an official oath which shall be filed in the office of the Town Clerk. Such appointment shall be confirmed by a majority vote of the Town Board.
The Weed Commissioner of the Town of Fulton shall:
A. 
Enforce the provisions of § 66.0517, Wis. Stats., which provisions are adopted herein by reference, as well as all other ordinances of the Town of Fulton relating noxious weeds, weeds, and grasses.
B. 
Have those powers granted to Weed Commissioners as set forth in § 66.0517, Wis. Stats.
