There is hereby adopted by the City, so far as it is not in
conflict with laws of the state or rules and regulations of the State
Construction Industries Division, for the purpose of regulating the
installation of electrical wiring and apparatus for safety to life
and property, that certain code known as the "National Electrical
Code 2006" which was approved by such division. The City does hereby
adopt such code in its entirety, and any amendments or changes thereto,
including any and all new editions thereof, and the same is hereby
adopted and incorporated in this article as if fully set out verbatim.
One or more copies of the National Electrical Code adopted in § 150-3 shall be available and subject to inspection at all reasonable times in the office of the City Manager in the municipal building.
