It shall be unlawful for any person to:
A.
Play any game of chance for money or any other thing of value, or
for anything which can or may be exchanged for any article of value,
or operate or play any game of chance, whether by or with cards, mechanical
devices or otherwise;
B.
Operate or knowingly permit the same to be operated or played, upon
the premises owned, leased or in the possession or occupancy of any
such person; or
C.
Possess any evidence of illegal gambling.
It shall be unlawful for the owner of any theater, motion-picture
show or other place of amusement to distribute or offer to distribute
any prize or other thing of value by lot or chance among persons who
have secured the chance to obtain such prize or other thing of value
by the purchase of an admission to such theater, motion-picture show
or other place of amusement.
