[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Wolcott 8-4-1942. Amendments noted where applicable.]
No person, persons, firm, association or corporation shall sell,
offer for sale, deliver or expose any milk or cream in the Village
of Wolcott, State of New York, unless such milk or cream shall be
Certified-Pasteurized, Grade A Pasteurized or Certified.
The standards for these grades shall be in accordance with Chapter
III of the Sanitary Code,[1] established by the Public Health Council of the State
of New York as of September 1, 1938, as provided in the following
regulations:

Regulation 22, Section D: Pasteurization.
B.Â
Regulation 25, Section E: Milk: Certified-Pasteurized, Grade A Pasteurized
and Certified.
C.Â
Regulation 26, Section E: Cream: Certified-Pasteurized, Grade A Pasteurized
and Certified.

Any person, persons, firm, association or corporation violating
any of the provisions of this chapter or regulation shall be liable
to a penalty of $50 for each violation.
