Any Village park, however, may be open after dusk with advance written permission from the Board of Trustees or the Mayor.
No motor vehicle, snowmobile or moped shall be operated in a Village park except on roads or trails provided therefor.
The violations of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be punished by a maximum fine of $250 or by imprisonment for 15 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
