§ 145-18 Parking violations fine schedule.

The following fine schedule for parking violations within the Village of Wolcott shall pertain:

For overtime parking: a minimum fine of $10.

For illegal parking: a minimum fine of $10.

For double parking: a minimum fine of $10.

For parking adjacent to a fire hydrant: a minimum fine of $10.

For parking in a handicapped zone: a minimum fine of $50.

All other parking violations: a minimum fine of $25.

Any persons violating the provisions of § 145-1 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine, the amount not to exceed $200.

Any persons violating any part or article of this chapter, other than as set forth in Subsection A of this section, shall be punishable for the first offense by a fine not exceeding $25 or by imprisonment in the Wayne County Jail for up to 15 days, or both, and for a second or subsequent offense by a fine not exceeding $50 or by imprisonment in the Wayne County Jail up to 15 days, or both.
