All trucks, commercial vehicles, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations
in excess of five (5) tons gross vehicle rating are hereby excluded
from the streets and highways or parts thereof in Schedule M.

All trucks, commercial vehicles and construction vehicles, regardless
of size and weight, are hereby excluded from the streets and highways
or parts thereof listed in Schedule O.

The regulations established in subsections A and B above shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property nor the performance of necessary service operations requiring the use of municipal or public utility vehicles along the streets or highways from which such vehicles are otherwise excluded.

It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave unattended
any of the following vehicles on any town roads between the hours
of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. and all day on Sundays: road rollers,
tractor cranes, truck cranes, power shovels, road-building machines,
snowplows, road sweepers, sand spreaders, well drillers, well-servicing
rigs, tractor-trailer combinations or individual parts thereof, semitrailers
harvesting machines, self-propelled caterpillars, crawler-type equipment,
moving vans, refuse-collection vehicles, tank-body-type vehicles and
other vehicle with six wheels or more having the chassis and body-type
of a truck, or a house coach as defined by § 119 of the
Vehicle and Traffic Law or subsequent law.
