This chapter shall be known, cited and referred to as the "Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the County of McLean, Illinois," herein at
times referred to as "this chapter."
Prior to the development of a preliminary plan and/or detailed engineering plans and specifications, the design engineer shall meet with the Director of Building and Zoning and other staff as may be necessary to review County requirements and the proposed project. The owner shall submit a site development permit to fulfill the requirements of stream buffer regulations in Article VII.
