Fees for vital statistics records shall be as
follows:

Certified copies of vital statistics records, including
but not limited to death certificates, marriage certificates and birth
certificates: $10 per certified copy.

Preparing and/or processing correction form REG. 34:
$10.
C.
Burial permit: $5.
D.
Disinterment permit: $5.
E.
Marriage
license: $28.
F.
Domestic
partnership registration: $28.
