Section 134.65 of the Wisconsin Statutes relating to the sale
and disposition of cigarettes, exclusive of any provisions thereof
relating to the penalty to be imposed or the punishment for violation
of said statute, is hereby adopted and by reference made a part of
this chapter with the same force and effect as though set forth herein
verbatim.
