[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of
Woodville 12-8-2009. Amendments noted where applicable.]
Pursuant to §§ 60.22(3) and 62.23(2) and (3),
Wis. Stats., the Village of Woodville is authorized to prepare and
adopt a comprehensive plan as defined in § 66.1001(1)(a)
and (2), Wis. Stats.
The Village Board of the Village of Woodville, Wisconsin, has
adopted written procedures designed to foster public participation
in every stage of the preparation of a comprehensive plan as required
by § 66.1001(4)(a), Wis. Stats.
The Plan Commission of the Village of Woodville, by a majority
vote recorded in its official minutes dated November 2, 2009, has
adopted a resolution recommending to the Village Board the adoption
of the document titled "Village of Woodville Comprehensive Plan 2009
- 2029" containing all of the elements specified in § 66.1001(2),
Wis. Stats.
The Village has held at least one public hearing on this chapter
in compliance with the requirements of § 66.1001(4)(d),
Wis. Stats., on December 8, 2009, at 6:30 p.m. at the Woodville Village
Hall, 124 Main Street, Woodville, Wisconsin.
The Village Board of the Village of Woodville, Wisconsin, does,
by enactment of this chapter, formally adopt the document titled "Village
of Woodville Comprehensive Plan 2009 - 2029" pursuant to § 66.1001(4)(c),
Wis. Stats.[1]
