The regulations established in this article shall not be construed to prevent:
A. 
The delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property to or from such residences along the highways from which such vehicles are otherwise excluded.
B. 
Use by an otherwise excluded vehicle when traveling along such highways going to and from the residence of the owner or operator along the highway being traveled.
C. 
As to Edmunds Lane between Coldenham Road and a point 2,000 feet north of Coldenham Road, the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property to or from properties along said portions of Edmunds Lane from which such vehicles are otherwise excluded.

A. 
Trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of 10,000 pounds are hereby excluded and prohibited from traversing all Village streets except for the streets or parts of streets hereinafter designated which shall be known as the "Truck Route System."
B. 
The requirements set forth in this section shall not be construed to prevent the delivery or pickup of merchandise or other property along the highways from which such vehicles and combinations are otherwise excluded.
C. 
In accordance with the provisions of this section, all trucks, tractors and tractor-trailer combinations in excess of 10,000 pounds are excluded from all Village streets except for those areas specifically designated as follows:
