B.
The parking of vehicles other than taxicabs in a designated taxicab parking area is hereby prohibited. Any person convicted of a violation of this subsection shall be guilty of a traffic infraction and shall be subject to a fine as set forth in § 291-31 of this chapter.
C.
The parking of taxicabs in locations other than those designated as taxicab parking areas is hereby prohibited, except on the street where the owner or qualified driver of such taxicab resides. A qualified driver is an individual who is the primary driver of a taxicab who is permitted by the owner or other authorized individual to use the taxicab as a means of transportation to and from his or her residence and therefore must park such taxicab near such residence in the same manner as a personal vehicle. Any person convicted of a violation of this subsection shall be guilty of a traffic infraction and shall be subject to a fine as set forth in § 291-31 of this chapter.

It shall be unlawful for any person to place, park or leave
any automobile, truck or other vehicle on any public road or street
within the corporate limits of the Village of Walden, New York, after
a fall or precipitation of snow of two inches or more as measured
at Firemen Square at the intersection of Orchard and Scofield Streets,
unless such automobile, truck or other vehicle is at all times attended
by and in the charge of a person capable of operating it. Such parking
prohibition shall remain in effect until the snowfall has ceased and
all snow has been removed or cleared from such public road or street
and a declaration ending the snow emergency has been made by the Chief
of Police. All parked or unattended vehicles remaining on any public
road or street in violation of this provision shall be towed away
by the Police Department at the owner's expense.

The Orchard Street and Maple Street public parking lots shall
be open for use by the public at all times subject to the following
restrictions:
A.
The parking of vehicles is prohibited for a period of more than three
hours between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., except on Sundays in both
the Orchard Street and Maple Street public parking lots.

B.

The area along St. Andrews Court on the south side of the Walden Municipal Building between Walnut Street and Scofield Street shall be designated as a Village employee parking area between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The parking of other vehicles during those designated hours and on those designated days of the week is hereby prohibited. A violation of this section shall be deemed a traffic infraction and shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 291-31A(1) of the Village Code.

No person or persons shall drive or park any motor vehicle on,
over or upon any curb or sidewalk in the Village of Walden unless
there exists an authorized curb cut installed for the purpose of gaining
access to a driveway, garage, carport or required parking space.
