As used in this article, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
No person shall utilize any recreational facility without first
obtaining a permit to be issued by the Board of Recreation.
All applications for a permit shall be made through the Board
of Recreation in such manner as the Board may prescribe. Any permit
issued by the Board may be conditioned or restricted to the extent
deemed reasonable or advisable by the Board of Recreation, provided
such condition or restriction is consistent with this chapter. The
Borough of Hawthorne shall be exempt from applying for any permit
hereunder.
