The governing body may adopt and amend from time to time a Code
of Standards for Installation of Wastewater Facilities to supplement
the provisions of this article.
Three copies of any such code shall be filed with the offices
of the Borough Plumbing Inspector and the Borough Engineer and shall
remain on file so long as the code is in effect for the use and examination
of the public.
In the event that this chapter is inconsistent with any federal
or state code or regulation governing the use of sewers and the disposal
of wastewater, the provisions of the state and federal codes or regulations
shall govern.
