Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter,
except as otherwise set forth elsewhere herein, shall be served by
the Borough with written notice stating the nature of the violation
and providing a time limit of 10 working days for the satisfactory
correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time
stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
Any person violating any of the provisions of the within chapter
shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not to exceed $2,000
and/or imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both. Each and every
day in which a violation of any provision of this chapter exists shall
constitute a separate violation.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall
become liable to the Borough for any expenses, loss or damage occasioned
by the Borough by reason of such violation.
