The Division of Recycling shall be under the supervision of
the Recycling Coordinator, who shall be employed by the Director of
Public Works to administer the recycling programs created by general
laws and ordinances of the Borough.
The Recycling Coordinator shall be paid a salary as provided
in the Annual Salary Ordinance. There shall be no additional compensation
based upon volumes of materials processed or any other commission
or payment for the services of the Recycling Coordinator.
