The Village of Spencerport hereby annexes the uninhabited land described in § 9-2 into the incorporated limits of the Village of Spencerport.
The above annexation includes all that tract or parcel of land situate in the Town of Ogden, County of Monroe and State of New York, beginning at a point, said point being 40.00 feet southerly from the northwest property corner of lands now or formerly owned by the Village of Spencerport, New York, as recorded in the Monroe County Clerk's office, Liber 1565 of Deeds, page 800; thence southerly along the west property line of the lands of the Village of Spencerport a distance of 200 feet to the southwest corner of the lands of the Village of Spencerport; thence easterly along a line which makes an interior angle of 270° with the previous course a distance of 467.07 feet to the southeast property corner of the lands of the Village of Spencerport; thence southwesterly along a line which makes an interior angle of 57° 10' with the previous course a distance of 35.7 feet; thence westerly along a line which makes an interior angle of 122° 50' with the previous course a distance of 956.25 feet; thence northerly along a line which makes an interior angle of 90° 04' with the previous course a distance of 230 feet; thence easterly along a line which makes an interior angle of 89° 55' with the previous course a distance of 508.80 feet to the point of beginning, and containing approximately three acres.
