Fire prevention — See Ch. 138.
The fire limits of the Village of Sag Harbor are hereby established
as being and constituting the areas situate in the VB Village Business
District, the WF Waterfront District, the MA Marine District and the
RM Resort Motel District under the Zoning Code[1] of the Village of Sag Harbor, and said areas are hereby
designated as being within Fire Limits B pursuant to and for the purposes
of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code.[2]
