GENERAL REFERENCES
Peace and good order — See Ch. 192.
A person may not intrude upon any lot or piece of land within the bounds of the Incorporated Village of Sag Harbor, except public property specifically designated for use by the public, without authorization from the owner or owners thereof. The presence of any person who is not the owner or owners thereof upon any lot or piece of land within the bounds of the Incorporated Village of Sag Harbor, excepting public property specifically designated for use by the public, shall be deemed prima facie evidence that such presence is without the authorization of the owner thereof.
Each violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $50 or imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 30 days, or both.
