The attorneys' fees to be charged for the collection of any
delinquent account shall be as follows:
A.
The Borough of Hellertown hereby adopts the Pennsylvania Municipal
Claims and Tax Liens Act, 53 P.S. § 7101 et seq., with regard
to the filing of municipal claims.
B.
For any municipal lien claim filed by the Borough, costs shall include
interest at a rate of 10% per annum, which shall be collectable on
all municipal claims from the date of the completion of the work or
service after it is filed as a lien.
