[Adopted 12-28-2004 by L.L. No. 4-2004]
This article shall be cited as "Local Law No. 4 of the year
2004 of the Town of Fallsburg."
The Town Board may appoint any attorney licensed to practice
law in the State of New York, and who resides in the County of Sullivan,
as Town Attorney or as an Assistant Town Attorney.
To the extent that this article is inconsistent with statutes
of the State of New York, specifically Town Law § 23 and
Public Officers Law §§ 3 and 30, said statutes are
hereby modified and superseded by this article.
