A.
Pursuant to New York State Village Law § 3-300, the Village
hereby provides, in lieu of any other residency requirement imposed
by law, that appointees to the following Village positions/offices
shall reside in Nassau or Suffolk County:

Village Justice.
(2)
Acting Village Justice.
(3)
Village Prosecutor.
(4)
Assistant Village Prosecutor.
(5)
Village Clerk.
(6)
Village Treasurer.
(7)
Village Administrator.
(8)
Deputy Treasurer.
(9)
Deputy Clerk.
(10)
Legislative Secretary.
(11)
Village Assessor.
(12)
Superintendent of Public Works.
(13)
Building Inspector.
(14)
Village Attorney.
(15)
Special Village Counsel.
(16)
Court Clerk.
(17)
Deputy Court Clerk.
(18)
Records Access Officer.
