Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a
fine of not less than $25 nor more than $1,000 plus costs and, in
default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment
not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues
shall constitute a separate offense.

Fines and costs imposed under the provisions of this Part shall
be enforceable and recoverable in the manner and at the time provided
by applicable law.

It is declared that enactment of this Part is necessary for
the protection, benefit and preservation of the health, safety and
welfare of the inhabitants of this Borough.
