§ 27-5 Adoption of intermunicipal agreement.

The intermunicipal agreement between Mount Gretna Borough and the other municipalities within the Cornwall-Lebanon School District, which is attached hereto, made a part hereof, and marked Exhibit A,[1] is hereby adopted.

§ 27-6 Authorization to execute.

The appropriate Mount Gretna Borough officials and representatives are hereby authorized to execute the intermunicipal agreement. Any actions already taken by Mount Gretna Borough in accordance with the terms of the intermunicipal agreement and this article are hereby ratified.
