The appointment and retention of all professionals performing
services on behalf of the Township of Upper Deerfield shall be made
by the Township Committee of the Township of Upper Deerfield on such
terms and conditions as the Township Committee may determine from
time to time.
The appointment of professionals shall include the following:
the Solicitor, the solicitor to the Township Planning Board, Township
Engineer, the engineer to the Planning Board, Township Planner, the
planner to the Township Planning Board, and such other professionals
on behalf of the Township, other Township boards or commissions as
may be necessary from time to time.
