A.
Any property owner whose property is located north of the southern
boundary line of Lot 2.1 of Block 63, west of Husted Station Road
and on the east or west side of Centerton Road, may at his option
elect not to connect said property to the public water supply system
until such time as the existing well must be replaced. To be eligible
for said optional connection, the property involved must have located
upon it an existing residence with an approved private well providing
safe potable water to said residence.
B.
By choosing a delayed connection as permitted herein, the property
owner will be responsible for all costs of connection when same is
made. As a condition for delayed connection, the Township shall have
the right at any time to test, at its own expense, the private water
supply to determine its continued potability.
C.
No new residence shall be eligible for such delayed connection, regardless
of its location.
