Licensees must be qualified and games conducted in accordance with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 5:8-51 and the New Jersey Administrative Code.
Each applicant for such a license shall file with the Township Clerk a written application therefor in the form prescribed by the rules and regulations of the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission and shall comply with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-52 and 5:8-53.

Such license shall be issued without fee and shall be effective for a period of two years.
Upon proper application, the Township Committee may authorize the issuance of a license for the conduct of a game or games of raffles on the first day of the week, commonly known and designated as "Sunday."
