A.
Any person who engages in unlawful conduct as defined in this chapter
shall, upon conviction thereof in a proceeding before a court of competent
jurisdiction, be sentenced to a term of imprisonment in the county
jail not to exceed 90 days or to pay a fine of not more than $10,000
and not less than $250, or both a fine and imprisonment.[2]
B.
Each continuing day of violation of this chapter shall constitute
a separate offense.
C.
Any person or persons convicted of falsifying an application for
a Convenience Center use sticker or violating the rules and regulations
governing the use of said use sticker may have said use sticker revoked
and deemed invalid.

A.
In addition to any other remedy provided in this chapter, this municipality may institute a suit in equity where unlawful conduct or public nuisance exists, as defined in the chapter, for an injunction to restrain a violation of this chapter or the County Plan. In addition to an injunction, the court may impose penalties as authorized by § 341-24 hereof.
B.
The penalties and remedies prescribed by this chapter shall be deemed
concurrent. The existence or exercise of any remedy shall not prevent
this municipality or the county from exercising any other remedy provided
by this chapter or otherwise provided by law or equity.
