There is hereby created for the Borough of Palmyra the office
of Assistant Borough Manager.
The term of said office, qualifications for said Assistant Borough
Manager, requirement for bonding and method of fixing salary shall
be the same as provided for the office of Borough Manager.
The powers and duties of the Assistant Borough Manager shall
generally be as directed by the Borough Manager, and the Assistant
Borough Manager shall perform the duties of Borough Manager in his
or her absence.
