[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village
of Huntington Bay 6-12-1967 by resolution. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Huntington Bay hereby
accepts the applicability of the State Building Construction Code
for the Village of Huntington Bay, to become effective in said Village
of Huntington Bay on the first day of July 1967, in accordance with
the provisions of Section 374-a of the Executive Law.
The Village Clerk is hereby instructed to file a certified copy
of this chapter in the principal office of the State Building Code
Council, Division of Housing and Community Renewal, at 393 Seventh
Avenue, New York 1, New York, and in the office of the Secretary of
State at Albany, New York.

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Huntington Bay hereby
accepts applicability of Section 1910.3(e) of the regulations of the
National Flood Insurance Program, set forth in Volume 24 of the Code
of Federal Regulations.
