of Huntington Bay 12-11-1978 by L.L. No. 7-1978. Amendments noted where

The Board of Trustees is hereby authorized to publish and distribute
to village residents a periodic newsletter setting forth such nonfiscal
as well as fiscal information as, in the opinion of the Board of Trustees,
may be of interest to such residents. The prior publication and distribution
by the Board of Trustees of such periodic newsletter are hereby ratified
and confirmed.
