Thirty miles per hour is hereby established as the maximum speed
at which vehicles may proceed on or along highways within the corporate
limits of this Village except where signs may be erected at a lower
speed than 30 miles per hour. This shall not apply to fire trucks
or apparatus responding to alarms, nor to police vehicles or any vehicle
with the consent and under the supervision of the Police Department
of the Village.
